On Sunday Night, deputies with the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Office were advised of a single vehicle personal injury crash at 8933 East 300 North.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the driver, single occupant of the vehicle, Ashton Sandhal, was believed to operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Ashton was cleared at the scene by Parkview Medics prior to being transported to the LaGrange County Jail for a Certified Breath Test where the results came back showing that Sandhal blew a .136 BAC.

Ashton Sandhal was then transferred to the custody of LaGrange County Jail staff and booked in on a charge of Operation a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
