In a release made Thursday, Steuben County 4-H Fair Board Members have decided to move the July 2020 4-H Fair to a virtual format.
Board members cited that it was a painstaking, humble decision and recognize youth and families around the area have already suffered a great deal of disappointment already this year.
For the 2020 Steuben County 4-H Fair, all submitted exhibits will be judged and made public using FairEntry, a system that has been utilized for entries, show bills, and results over the past several years where youth will upload photos of their exhibits related.
Although the fair will be incredibly different then its been in years past the board encourages all youth to exhibit virtually, although they state that there is no shame in opting out and no penalty will be administered.
For more information, you can contact the Steuben County 4-H Fair Board at 260-668-1000 extension 1400.
