On an Indiana Free Fishing Day, Indiana residents don’t need a fishing license or trout/salmon stamp to fish.
Kids, 17 and under, are always free.
Even if you already have your license, Indiana’s yearly, free fishing days are designed as an opportunity to Introduce someone new to fishing.
