ANGOLA, IN - Monday was the “topping ceremony” at the new Steuben County Judicial Center.

County officials and other dignitaries gathered with the project construction team to place the final high beam on top of the Steuben County Judicial Center. The new facility is being erected behind the historic Steuben County Courthouse in the heart of downtown Angola.

Those in attendance at the “topping ceremony” had the opportunity to put their autographed signature on the beam.

The Hendry Park Student Council represented the youth of the community by leading attendees in the pledge and officially calling up the final beam.
