(ANGOLA) – Authorities say a stolen vehicle has been found but the man who allegedly took it is still at large.
Steuben County Chief Deputy Sheriff Michael Meeks says on Friday deputies found a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had been taken earlier in the day. Just before 7 AM, the vehicle was stolen from a business on County Rod 150 South, just outside of the south Angola city limits.
It was allegedly taken by 36 year old Matthew Wayne Friedel who is wanted out of Steuben County on a felony count of dealing in methamphetamine.
Friedel is still at large. If anyone has knowledge of his whereabouts, they are asked to contact Sheriff’s Detective Todd Johnson at 260-668-1000, extension 5130, or your local law enforcement agency.
