(ANGOLA) – The host Fremont girls golf team notched two NECC wins as they won a tri-meet at Lake James Golf Course. The Lady Eagles shot 199 to take first place. Fairfield was second with a 201 and Central Noble shot 267. Fremont’s Emery Laughly and Bella Blosser of Fairfield tied for medalist honors with each shooting a 45. Fremont’s Lily Coler shot a 49 and Caroline Cox had a personal best score of 50. For Fairfield, Mallory McGowen shot a 47 and Whitney Wogoman had a 52. Central Noble was led by Kristen Owens with a 63, Jada Kessler who shot 66, and Whitney Weaver with a 67.
