BRUSHY PRAIRIE, IN - Garrett and Prairie Heights split a girls/boys basketball doubleheader Saturday night in Brushy Prairie.
The Lady Railroaders defeated the Lady Panthers, 45-36 behind 18 points and 23 rebounds from Kelsey Bergman, and 16 points and 20 boards by Bailey Kelham. Kylee Leland scored 10 and Emily McCrea for Heights.
In the boys game, Isaiah Malone tallied 24 points and Chase Bachelor had 20 as the Panthers got past the Railroaders, 52-50.
According to Around The Northeast Corner, Bachelor and Malone are leading the NECC in total points earned this season.
