Generally, 0.25 to 0.75 inches of rainfall is expected.
A chance of showers lingers on Friday. Temperatures fall in the wake of the cold front and the rain could mix with snow in spots.
Forecasters says it will remain cold for Saturday.
Dry weather returns Sunday through the middle of next week, along with a gradual warming trend.
