(ANGOLA) - The public is invited to celebrate the grand opening of Sheets Family Park this Saturday in Angola.
The grand opening celebration is scheduled for Saturday, May 30 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Sheets Family Park. A ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 10 a.m.
Organizers say the event will include a live DJ, a 360 photo booth, informational tables, raffle giveaways, food and drink vendors, face painting and a strolling magician.
Free hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided by Mr. Meatz.
Pickleball lessons are also scheduled from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck will be on site from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
The event is free and open to the public. Organizers are encouraging families to attend and enjoy the park's new amenities during what is expected to be sunny and mild weather this weekend.
