(ANGOLA/COLDWATER) - Here's a look at recent jail bookings in Steuben and Branch counties.
In Steuben County:
Five arrests were reported between Monday morning and early Tuesday.
Mason Holbrook, 39, of Coldwater, was arrested on I-69 on a charge of resisting law enforcement. Bond was set at $2,500.
Chaz Hukill, 32, of Angola, was arrested on a Level 6 felony charge of failure to return to lawful detention.
Enrique Romero, 44, of Decatur, was arrested in Angola on a charge of operating while intoxicated endangerment.
David Sherrick, 34, of Coldwater, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
Michael Smith, 43, of Angola, was booked on a charge of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years.
In Branch County:
Two new bookings were reported.
Adam Quintin Stempien, of Coldwater, was arrested by the Coldwater Police Department on a charge of simple assault.
Amarion Tyree Hawkins was arrested by the Branch County Sheriff's Office on a charge of aggravated assault.
Authorities remind the public that all individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
