Westview High School has officially announced that Ryan Yoder will lead the Lady Warriors Varsity Girls Basketball program next season, in a position that was open for the first time in 26 years.

Yoder has been a teacher and coach within the school since 2013, and has been a part of the Boys' program for the past seven years.

Yoder has a long history at Westview as being a member of the state champion teams back in his high school playing days, before traveling to play at Davenport University.

Prior to now, Ryan Yoder was a head coach at Hailton and Lakeland early in his teaching career.

Ryan and his wife Laura live in Shipshewana with their family.
