Operators of refineries in Ohio are worried that the potential shutdown of a Great Lakes oil pipeline in Michigan could push up their costs or even force them to close.
Ohio Governor, Mike DeWine sent Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer a letter in which he asked her to not let the pipeline shut down permanently.
Talks on the subject broke down earlier this month.
