MONTPELIER, OH - Authorities in Northwest Ohio are asking the public’s help in finding a missing/runaway juvenile.
The Montpelier Police Department says 14 year old Roxy Kennell reportedly left her home on Bryant Street in Montpelier sometime after midnight, Monday. Roxy is described as 5-foot 4-inches, weighing 120 pounds, and has blonde hair with blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
