Indiana Republicans To Hold State Convention In Fort Wayne

(FORT WAYNE) - Indiana Republicans will gather in Fort Wayne this weekend for the party's 2026 state convention.

The convention will be held Friday and Saturday at the Grand Wayne Convention Center and will officially nominate Republican candidates for secretary of state, state comptroller and state treasurer ahead of the November election.

Delegates will also vote on the 2026 Indiana Republican Party platform.

Candidates seeking the Republican nomination for secretary of state are Max Engling, Diego Morales, Jamie Reitenour and David Shelton.

Daniel Elliott is seeking the nomination for state treasurer, while Elise Nieshalla is seeking the nomination for state comptroller.

The convention runs June 19-20.
