FORT WAYNE, IN - Fans of the Fort Wayne Komets Hockey Team can cross another big milestone off the list. Monday was the 300th Franchise Playoff Victory for the Komets and they are now bound for the Western Conference Finals.
The Komets beat the Wichita Thunder Monday night in a physical, hard-fought game 4-3.
The Komets will begin their series on Friday and Saturday on the road, and will return to Fort Wayne next Monday.
Tickets for Round 2 will go on sale Friday morning at 10 AM.
