Indiana Governor Eric J. Holcomb will deliver his third State of the State Address tonight.
He will give his State of the State Speech before a joint session of the Indiana House and Senate. Among topics that he will likely address include a possible state hate crimes law and education funding.
Boosting teacher pay continues to be a subject among statehouse leaders.
