An Additional $1.5 Billion Is Projected For Indiana’s New State Budget

INDIANAPOLIS – State revenue projections have been released in the Hoosier state and show lawmakers will likely have another $1.5 billion for the next two-year budget.

Indiana is reportedly on pace to collect more tax revenue than initially expected last December.

The state revenue forecast plays a major role in determining how lawmakers construct the next two-year state budget.

Lawmakers have until April 29th to finalize and approve the new two-year budget.
