ANGOLA — With support from the Steuben County Council, Cameron Memorial Community Hospital has received local government commitments totaling $1.5 million to go toward its new Cameron Education and Innovation Center.
The local funds will be matched with an Indiana Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative grant of $1.5 million. The grant is the only one Steuben County received from the READI program.
The Education and Innovation Center is a partnership between Cameron and Trine University. It will be built on the southeast side of the hospital.
