Seven people were hospitalized Sunday after fentanyl was found in the air ventilation system at the Northwest Ohio Juvenile Detention, Training and Rehabilitation Center in Stryker.
Several youth at the facility and even some adult employees reportedly collapsed.
First responders at the scene assisted four kids and three adult staff members to safety.
The incident remains under investigation.
