ANGOLA, IN - Authorities in Steuben County are investigating multiple complaints of theft.

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports they have taken many complaints in the area of Lake George and Long Beach Lake in Steuben County's rural Jamestown Township. Officers have investigated thefts of items inside vehicles, as well as vehicle thefts.

Authorities are reminding area residents and visitors to please lock vehicles and never leave valuables, or keys, inside an unlocked vehicle.
