By: Colin Meadowcroft - Tuesday, April 27, 2021

The Angola Board of Zoning Appeals met on Monday evening and approved two variances.

Jay and Anita Stevens of 865 E 20N in Angola requested a variance to construct an accessory structure garage over the maximum allowable size and quantity of number of accessory structures allowed in a residential district.

The board approved the Stevens request and also approved a request from John and Jennifer Clark of TriHelix located at 212 Growth Parkway in Angola. TriHelix will construct a storage building for storage of steel and aluminum and new large machinery to expand the business.

The Angola Board of Zoning Appeals will meet again on Monday May 24th at 5pm.
