Charges have been filed on an Angola man who led authorities from seven different agencies on two-state pursuit that started in Steuben County, and ended in Branch County, MI.

Officers with the Orland Police Department attempted to pull over an individual Tuesday evening for having the wrong license plate on a vehicle. At that time, the suspect, who has been identified by the Steuben County Prosecutor's Office as Jammi Broughton of Angola, fled authorities.

A search in a wooded area near Cemetery and Cranson Roads in Branch County resulted in the arrest of Broughton who had a warrant issued for his arrest from Hillsdale County, Michigan. He was taken to the Hillsdale County jail Tuesday night.

The Steuben County Prosecutor's office says he has been charged with Resisting Law Enforcement by Use of a Vehicle, a Level 6 felony in Steuben County.
