By: Mike Stiles - Monday, March 1, 2021

BRUSHY PRAIRIE – Prairie Heights High School will be canceling classes this Friday, March 5.

Prairie Heights Superintendent Jeff Reed sent a letter out to families in the school corporation saying that classes would be canceled at the High School so the community could pay their respects to 16 year old Tyler Curtis and his 14 year old brother Chase Curtis.

The brothers died as a result of a car crash February 25 near Orland. Reed says a memorial service will be hosted in the Prairie Heights High School gymnasium on Friday from 12 to 3 PM and again from 5 until 8 PM.

A funeral service for Tyler and Chase will be held in the High School gymnasium on Saturday, March 6 at 11 AM.
