ELKHART – Only a minor injury was reported in a one vehicle accident in the City of Elkhart.

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office says 22 year old Keylin Cruz of Elkhart was driving west on U.S. 20, east of State Road 19 at 9:30 Saturday morning. Deputies say Cruz attempted to change lanes and was moving too fast on the snowy and slushy covered roadway, losing control of her vehicle.

Her automobile went off the road and collided with landscaping under the overpass and rolled over. Cruz had some minor bleeding from the hand and refused treatment at the scene.

She was given a citation for driving too fast for conditions.
