COLDWATER – No injuries were reported in a weekend garage fire.
The Coldwater Fire Department was sent to 93 Henry Street just after 4 PM Saturday for a fire in a garage. Crews were able to put the fire out quickly and were on scene for approximately an hour to put out hot spots.
Coldwater Fire Marshal Steve Trall says his investigation determined the cause of the fire was a timer used for turning on lights. Damage estimates stand at $5,000.
