INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The Indiana Department of Health dashboard On Wednesday reported Steuben County has 55 new positive COVID_19 cases and 265 since November 11th.

The latest numbers give Steuben County a positivity rate of 17.3%.

Out of 1,233 total cases in Steuben County, 735 individuals considered recovered.

The Steuben County Health Department sent an order out Wednesday stating long-term care facilities should restrict indoor visitation by non-medical professionals. There is an exception for compassionate care situations, such as end-of-life situations.

According to the Indiana COVID-19 map on Wednesday Steuben County has been moved into a "red category".
