St. Joseph County Departments Closing Down Temporarily
By: Mike Stiles - Wednesday, November 18, 2020

CENTREVILLE – St. Joseph County will be closing down all of their County Departments to the public for three weeks.

County Administrator Teresa Doehring (deer-ing) says the closure includes all the departments in the Historic Courthouse along with Annex 2. The closures will run from November 18 and end December 8.

This is being done in response to the epidemic order that was issued by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Sunday evening. The order is designed to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 across Michigan.

Doehring says most services can be accomplished online, by telephone or by e-mail. Departments will still be staffed during regular business hours.

You can check individual department websites for additional information on their hours of operation.
