West Unity, OH - Authorities in Northwest Ohio are investigating the death of a man was found unresponsive at an area truck stop.
Ohio State Patrol Troopers responded to an unresponsive male call at the Indian Meadows Service Plaza in Williams County near West Unity. Upon arrival officers found Victor Yakkey, of Cookeville, Tennessee, unconscious inside a big rig parked at the facility.
Officers administered CPR to Yakkey until EMS arrived. He was was transported by EMS to Montpelier Hospital where he died.
A cause of death is not known. The incident remains under investigation by state and local officials in Ohio.
