Saturday, September 5, 2020

Brushy Prairie, IN - Many were concerned late Friday morning because Parkview Samaritan landed in front of the middle school and elementary at Prairie Heights Community Schools.

In a social media post, school officials assured the district that “everything was fine” on the campus of Prairie Heights, adding “all students and staff were safe”.

Parkview reportedly was using the school facility for a landing zone because of a local accident in the area. An eye-witness of the accident said a female driver was badly hurt after a collision with a farm vehicle pulling a grain wagon.

The male driver of the farm vehicle and his passenger only sustained minor injuries. The female subject driver the other vehicle had to be airlifted.

At this time no other details are available about the accident.
