While today will be a a regular student day for students at Fremont Community Schools, tomorrow will begin e-Learning and spring break will be extended by a week as permitted by the waiver days granted by the state amid the national outbreak of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

However, there are still no cases of the virus in Steuben County.

A letter was posted to social media on Sunday and quickly circulated throughout the district in regards to the situation.

Officials within the district said the school is taking responsibility of student and staff health seriously, with the health of the school community being top priority.
