The Steuben County 2020 Lilly Endowment Community Scholar has officially been named. Isabell Deem, an Angola High School senior, was recently named as the winner of the scholarship as she will receive a four-year, full-tuition scholarship to an accredited public or private nonprofit college or university in Indiana.

Deem will also receive an annual $900 stipend for books and required equipment.
