While morning frost will offer a chilly start to the morning today, conditions this afternoon will be predominately comfortable. According to the National Weather Service, the tri-state will see mostly dry conditions this afternoon with highs in the upper 60's.
However, the chance for showers and even cooler temperatures return to the forecast tonight and into tomorrow as over night and early morning rain tomorrow will yield to high temperatures in the lower 50's and upper 40's at times.
Meanwhile conditions towards the end of the week look to appear drier with partly sunny skies set to return on Thursday, with highs reaching into the low 50's, and lower 60's returning for the weekend.
